Happy Spring to You!!

I am so blessed, but I want more! I am healthy, but want to shed some unhealthy body fat. I am strong, but must work harder to stay this way. I want to be as “natural” as possible, but cannot stand the night sweats! I want to accomplish more, but also need to sleep! When at home, I want to be home more; when I am at work, I want to do more. When I see my friends, I lament we do not have more time together, and when I get time alone with my husband, I realize I really do like him and want to hang out more! More, more, and more!!! 

What is the answer?? The old answers are not enough. “Find balance”; easier said than done. “Prioritize”; yeah, where to start? “Lower your expectations”; I do not want to. So then, what?
