I write this letter to you from Florida where I am attending the conference of the North American Menopause Association. All 900 of us here is fortunate enough to be exposed to current research on perimenopause and the menopause transition. And, Dr. Pamela Peeke, who wrote a favorite book of mine, Body For Life For Women, gave the Keynote Address! The meeting discussions are covering all aspects of women’s health including details of hormone treatment, breast and ovarian cancers, and life-limiting chronic diseases such as obesity and heart disease that can act so different in women. I am so excited to put this information to good use!

On that note, I thank all of you women who came to our seminar "Healthy Aging in an Unhealthy World" at the Amway Grand on September 20. We had hoped the information would be interesting and helpful and inspiring. By your response, it was. Everyone who was involved such as Karen Gawel M.D., Director of mmpc Weight Management, the Priority Health Wellness team, and product reps for Evamist, Loestrin, Hydrothermal Ablation, and Repliva were all very energized by your interest and desire for solid information.
