Bariatric Unit at Spectrum HealthAll bariatric surgeries are performed at Spectrum Health’s Blodgett Campus in Grand Rapids. The hospital has a floor dedicated solely to the bariatric patient in order to make your stay in the hospital as comfortable as possible. The unit includes specially trained staff, along with furnishings and facilities accommodating to the bariatric patient.
Located on the Butterworth Campus and adjacent to DeVos Children’s Hospital, the Renucci Hospitality House is for families of hospital patients. Rooms are equipped with either a queen-sized bed or twin beds. Rollaway beds and cribs are available. There is a fee for each room, but no one will be turned away because of inability to pay.
