At mmpc we recognize that our success is attributable to the combined efforts and years 
of service of our employees.
We feel strongly that we need to validate and value those employees who do outstanding work. As a result we have developed a series of recognition programs that help us do so.
Employee Service Award Plan
As mmpc continues to grow and provide quality healthcare to our community, we recognize that much of this growth is attributable to the combined efforts and years of service from our employees. This is our way of thanking them for their dedication, contributions, and above all, commitment to excellence. The Employee Service Award Plan offers employees reaching milestone years the opportunity to select a service award gift during their anniversary month.
Recognition Cards
When having observed an outstanding exchange with a patient, customer, co-worker; or the successful completion of a special project, managers, supervisors, or physicians can reward an employee with a recognition card. Each card is worth one point. Cards can be redeemed for gifts in various point categories through our mmpc Promo Shop.
Putting Patients First Award
The Putting Patients First Program emphasizes the mmpc values of teamwork, concern for our patients, and pride in our staff. The program works to encourage staff to exemplify mmpc’s philosophy, “Putting Patients First.”
Peers, physicians, and mangers can nominate the recipient of this award. All winners of this award are recognized by a surprise visit where their efforts are recognized and celebrated at the office they work at. The winner of this award is announced company wide.
Perfect Attendance Award
In our continuous effort to put patients first, it is important that employees report to work as scheduled. To reward those employees that continuously strive for attendance excellence, we have established a perfect attendance award. All employees achieving 6 months of perfect attendance will receive a gift certificate.
Kudos to Co-workers
This is an on-line message board that allows mmpc employees to show their gratitude to fellow employees for lending a helping hand, going above and beyond, taking on an extra assignment, or just being a great person to work with.
Company Celebration
Every year, during the end of the summer we plan an all day outdoor event for mmpc employees and their families. It is a day filled with games, events, competition, food, and lots of entertainment. We estimate around 1,800 people joined us for a day of fun each year; a day that we could say thanks to all of our employees and their families.
