Health and Prescription Drug Benefits
Our health benefits are through Priority Health, We have plans for individuals, couples, and families with two different coverage levels to help each employee pick the plan that works best for their lifestyle. Additionally employees are benefit eligible if they work 20 hours per week or more. Pharmacare prescription coverage has both mail order and traditional pharmacy options. Our four-tiered plan helps to keep costs minimal for employees.
Dental Benefits
Our dental coverage through ‘Standard Dental’, allows for 100% coverage on preventative care and 50% on procedural care.
Flexible Spending Accounts
We offer Flexible Spending Accounts to cover medical, dental, optical, and dependant day care expenses with pre-tax dollars
Short Term and Long Term Disability Plans
mmpc offers both short term and/or long term disability plans for employees working 32 hours or more per week, through a discounted rate via payroll deduction.

Base life insurance is available to employee’s who work 32 hours or more per week. Additional purchase options are given to full time employees

Our physicians value helping employees save for the future and at mmpc we strongly encourage our employees to participate in this plan. mmpc will match 50% on the $1 up to 8%. There is also a generous company match after participation for 1 years into 401K.
